User Manual (ENG) - Customs Declaration

1. Introduction

This document describes the functionality of the Value Manifestation Module, as well as the access procedure, navigation, and definition of the elements involved in its operation. Its purpose is to guide users in the management and consultation of information related to value manifestations within the system.

2. Module Access

To access the Value Manifestation Module, the user should follow these steps:

1. Log in to the system.
2. Access the Transactions menu.
3. Select the Customs Declarations option.
4. Click on Value Manifestation.

3. Main Module Tabs

The module is structured into two main sections:

• Navigate
• Configuration

3.1 Navigate Tab

3.1.1 General Customs Declaration Data

This section displays basic information about the customs declaration, including:

• Customs declaration number
• Customs office and section
• Importer or exporter

3.1.2 XML Icon

When selecting the XML icon, the system displays a set of internal tabs that allow detailed information about the customs declaration to be consulted.

a) Customs Declaration Movement History

This view presents the operational records associated with the customs declaration, such as:

• Year of validation
• Clearance customs office
• Patent
• Representative key
• Exchange rate
• Importer's tax ID
• Other registered movements

This section allows you to review the events and actions linked to the customs declaration.

b) Manifestation Data

Contains specific information corresponding to the value manifestation, including:

• Customs declaration data
• Tax ID
• Operation number
• Folio
• Consultation tax ID
• Associated e-Documents

c) COVE Information

This tab groups various elements related to the COVE transmission:

Valuation Method

Shows the declared method for value determination.

Incoterm

Indicates the incoterm applied in the operation.

Linkage

Presents the linkage status between the parties involved.

Summary Table

Includes general data, transmitted values, and information about the supplier and importer.

Increasable and Decreasable Items Table

Shows the breakdown of concepts such as:

• Freight
• Insurance
• Packaging
• Commissions
• Discounts
• Other adjustments that increase or decrease the value

d) Customs Value

Presents a summary of the customs value calculation, showing:

• Price paid
• Price to be paid
• Total increasable items
• Total decreasable items
• Total customs value
• Record of movements and calculations performed

3.2 Configuration Tab

3.2.1 Default Values

Defines the default values applicable when creating new manifestations.

3.2.2 Default Valuation Method

Establishes the automatically assigned customs valuation method.

3.2.3 Default Increasable and Decreasable Items

Allows configuration of default concepts, such as:

• Freight
• Insurance
• Packaging
• Commissions
• Discounts
• Other allowed adjustments

3.2.4 Default Consultation Tax ID

Specifies the tax ID used to execute automatic information queries.

3.2.5 Web Service Links

Includes links for:
