User Manual (ENG) - Customs Declaration

1. Introduction

This document describes the functionality of the Value Manifestation Module, as well as the access procedure, navigation, and definition of the elements involved in its operation. Its purpose is to guide users in the management and consultation of information related to value manifestations within the system.

2. Module Access

To access the Value Manifestation Module, the user should follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the system.
  2. Access the Transactions menu.
  3. Select the Customs Declarations option.
  4. Click on Value Manifestation.

3. Main Module Tabs

The module is structured into two main sections:


3.1 Navigate Tab

3.1.1 General Customs Declaration Data

This section displays basic information about the customs declaration, including:

When selecting the XML icon, the system displays a set of internal tabs that allow detailed information about the customs declaration to be consulted.

Presents the linkage status between the parties involved.

Summary Table

Includes general data, transmitted values, and information about the supplier and importer.

Increasable and Decreasable Items Table

Shows the breakdown of concepts such as:

3.2 Configuration Tab

3.2.1 Default Values

Defines the default values applicable when creating new manifestations.

3.2.2 Default Valuation Method

Establishes the automatically assigned customs valuation method.

3.2.3 Default Increasable and Decreasable Items

Allows configuration of default concepts, such as:

Specifies the tax ID used to execute automatic information queries.
