Temporary Imports, Exports and Intermediate Balances

This document describes the standard operational process implemented by Glyphic Group through Códice Customs Control, for inventory control under the IMMEX regime, aligned with Annex 24 of the RGCE.

The process is divided into two major stages:

• Part 1: Normal operation of temporary imports and exports (Annex 24 control)
• Part 2: Administration and discharge of intermediate balances through CTM

Part 1. Normal Operation of Temporary Imports and Exports

1. Objective

Ensure proper control of temporary import inventories, guaranteeing:

• Total traceability of goods
• Correct discharge of inputs
• Compliance with Annex 24
• Application of FIFO methodology (First In, First Out)

2. Temporary Import

2.1 Import Registration

The company performs imports under the temporary import regime, using authorized customs documents, such as:

• IN
• V1

Each customs document covers merchandise that enters the IMMEX inventory and is subject to return or regularization according to current regulations.
